ABOUT ME

"Monty"

As a United States Marine Corps veteran, I saw firsthand what the human body is capable of accomplishing. When I left the military, there was nobody "making" me take care of myself. After struggling with the ups and down of trying to live a healthier lifestyle, I had to realize no one is coming to save me. I have to push myself. We all have the ability to push ourselves to really see what we are capable of doing. My goal is to help you change your mindset and create healthy habits. Let's Get Movin'!

The WHy

 Ask yourself, what is your "why"? Why do you want to make better choices? Is it to complete your first obstacle course race? Is it to carry your child around Disneyland? Knowing your "why" will push you when you feel like quitting.

I provide consultation services on your goals what you want out of the program. Once you decide what program you are interested in, We work together to develop a plan that fits your goals. My services revolve around customized workout plans, check-ins, coaching, and creating better habits.
